There is a speck of dust on the cloud prolly on your sensor i would heal out as carlos said. Beautiful clouds i would fix the horizon.

This would be near perfect if the spots were healed and the verticals fixed! What bothers me more than the titled horizon is the tilted verticals.

2. Just rotate your image -1.3 degrees and you'll be fine.

Nicely done, contrast between clouds and trees really pulls attention along with the lighting made for a rather pleasing photograph. Dark foreground made trees and sky stand out, which likely would have been lost if shadows weren't as prominant.
